Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lobster Claw Software LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). They govern access to and use of neonpoly.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Website Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
